  • 73% of marketers leading in the industry concur that a customer journey certainly influences customer engagement.
  • Customer experience initiatives help to influence on what they want or hope to achieve when they see an advertisement.
  • 72% of thriving marketing teams plan on raising their budget on IT and marketing tools shortly.
  • 80% of marketers prefer using email as the backbone of their growing business.
  • Over 111% growth with marketers' using SMS (from 2015 to 2016).
  • 75% of marketing experts' leaders report that social media is generating ROI.
  • 83% of marketers use customer data to target digital advertisements.

In the engagement economy, consumers anticipate more, and marketers must provide real value at every engagement point.

 

The Road Ahead for Marketers

The survey indicates that marketers must engage in meaningful campaigns, deliver more genuine and custom-made engagement to their clients across brands and at the required scale today. Marketing has evolved. Today many customers have more power on how they receive information than in the past. The client's experience has a varied choice when you combine brand and customer relations, matters than it did decades ago.
